Atlanta Liver & Pancreas Surgical Specialists has opened a new office at 631 Professional Drive, Suite 470, Lawrenceville. The practice provides comprehensive care and cutting-edge surgical treatment for primary and metastatic tumors of the pancreas, liver, bile ducts and gallbladder, as well as complex cancers of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. Cardiology
- Dr. Nirav Patel, cardiologist, began seeing patients in Cumming and Gainesville on Sept. 1.
- Dr. Arjun Khadilkar, a cardiologist, joined Sept. 15 and will see patients in Cumming, Dawsonville, and Dahlonega.
Northside Hospital Heart Institute services are also now available in Toccoa. Northside recently marked the opening of its new office at 230 Hospital Drive with a ribbon-tying ceremony and open house, hosted with Stephens County Hospital and Visit Toccoa.

Northside Hospital Orthopedics Sports Medicine Specialists has added three physicians.
- Dr. Coker Cantrell will see patients at 875 Mayfield Road, Suite 200, Alpharetta (Crabapple), and 470 Northside Cherokee Blvd., Suite 180, Canton.
- Dr. Amalie Nash will see patients at 1110 W. Peachtree St. NW, Suite 950, Atlanta (Midtown), and 4800 Olde Towne Parkway, Suite 430, Marietta (East Cobb).
