Northside Hospital is partnering with Dress for Success Atlanta to support women in the region through workforce development, career readiness and holistic wellness initiatives during Women’s History Month and beyond.
Dress for Success Atlanta is a workforce development nonprofit dedicated to advancing economic mobility for women. Through career readiness services, professional attire, job training, leadership development and ongoing coaching, the organization supports women as they enter, re-enter and grow within the workforce.
The organization’s holistic model addresses both immediate employment needs and long-term career advancement, empowering women to achieve economic independence, strengthen their families and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
As part of the partnership, Northside Hospital recently supported Dress for Success Atlanta’s Valentine’s EmpowHERment Ball, an event celebrating 25 program clients through an afternoon of encouragement, connection and personal growth.
Attendees received thoughtfully curated gift bags filled with self-care items and enjoyed snacks, uplifting conversation and a goal-setting workshop designed to inspire both personal wellness and professional development.
The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to supporting women’s health, confidence and opportunity across the region.
